The quickest way to start is a short conversation. Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. We keep Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific hours. We usually reply within one business day. Your first conversation is with a senior strategist, not a sales team.

Your business name, city and what you need.

Plan the next step
If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.
How to reach us
- Call (604) 632-4959 for a first conversation or a quick question.
- Text the same number if you're on a site and can't talk. A short text is plenty; tell us when to call back.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca when you want to send detail: a project list, your current website, last year's bid summary.
The buttons on every page do all three. There are no web forms, chat widgets or booking calendars here; a real person answers.
What to include in your first message
You don't need all of this, but the more you include, the more useful our first reply will be.
- Your firm: name, website, province and the towns or regions you build in.
- Your work: project types (custom homes, renovations, multi-family, industrial, institutional), typical contract size and delivery methods.
- Your buyers: mostly homeowners, private owners and developers, public tenders, or a mix.
- Your numbers, if you're comfortable: backlog in months, bids submitted and won last year, and the project types that earn you the healthiest margins.
- What prompted you to get in touch: a slow pipeline, a new sector, a new region, an outdated website, or a bad experience with another agency.
A template you can copy:
"Hi, I'm [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We build [project types], usually [contract size range]. Most of our work comes from [source]. We have about [number] months of backlog and want more [type of work] in [region]. Can we talk on [day/time]?"
What happens next
- We reply within one business day as a rule, by your preferred channel.
- A first conversation of about 30 minutes, free for eligible businesses. We cover your pipeline, your buyers and your numbers.
- A written proposal if marketing looks likely to pay: what we would do first, which services are involved, the plan and its price from our pricing page, and how results will be measured.
- Your decision. No pressure and no follow-up campaign. If the numbers don't support marketing right now, we will tell you.
Before you contact us
- Read the FAQ for questions about contracts, ownership and timelines.
- Skim the results page to see results from our HVAC work and what carries over.
- If you work in Quebec or the North, look at your region page first; language and access issues shape the plan.
If you're comparing marketers
Many construction owners speak to two or three marketing firms before choosing. That's sensible. When you talk to us, ask the hard questions: how results will be measured, who owns the accounts, what happens if a channel doesn't work, and what we need from your team. We would rather you choose carefully than sign quickly and regret it.
It also helps to have your own short list of goals ready: the project types you want more of, the regions you want to grow in, and the backlog level you're aiming for by this time next year.
Who you'll be talking to
Marketing.Construction is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We are a marketing and business consulting service, not a contractor, so the conversation will be about getting your firm found, trusted and invited, never about pricing a job against you.
A note on privacy
We use what you send only to reply and to prepare a proposal. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we only email people who contact us first. Our privacy page explains how phone, text and email enquiries are handled.
Frequently asked questions
Should we call, text or email?
Whichever suits you. A call is quickest for a first conversation. Email suits detail, like a project list or last year's bid log. A text is fine for a quick question or to ask for a call back.
What happens on the first call?
We ask about your backlog, bid history, target project types and where work comes from now. You get an honest view of whether marketing is likely to pay and where to start. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible businesses.
Do you meet in person?
Yes. Builders and contractors can consult with us in person or online by video call, as well as by phone, text and email.
Will you share our information?
No. We use what you send to answer you and prepare a proposal. We only email people who contact us first.
